Description
The Connecticut General Assembly, through the Office of Legislative Management, is soliciting proposals from a union printer for personalized stationery products, including letterhead, standard and engraved envelopes, engraved letterhead with a gold-foil state seal, memo pads, FYI notepads, and folded note cards with matching envelopes. Products must use the specified paper stocks, sizes, inks, engraving, and finishing requirements, with optional union-bug markings. The contractor must accept PDF orders by email, provide standard orders within six business days and rush orders within two business days, package orders with packing lists, and deliver them to the Legislative Office Building loading dock in Hartford. The solicitation requires the printer's main office to be within 60 miles of Hartford and prohibits subcontracting. Pricing is requested on a unit-price basis, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. The contract will run from execution through November 30, 2031, with possible mutually agreed extensions.
