Description
The New York City Police Department is conducting a sole-source Request for Information to identify vendors authorized by Mark Andy, Inc. to provide comprehensive maintenance services for various Mark Andy printing press models. The scope includes repairs, replacement parts, installations, post-repair calibrations, and restoration of equipment to original OEM operating specifications. Responding vendors must demonstrate explicit Mark Andy OEM authorization, the capacity to perform all required maintenance and repair work, and sufficient certified and experienced technicians to support ongoing equipment maintenance and calibration. Vendors must submit a capability statement, certifications, and supporting documentation electronically through the PASSPort system.
