Description
Madison-Oneida BOCES is soliciting bids for 80,000 catalogs measuring 8.5 by 11 inches flat, with a 20-page total including covers. The specifications require a 100-pound coated cover, 50-pound white opaque text stock, four-color process printing on the cover, black text and inside-cover ink, electronically supplied PDF artwork, saddle-stitch binding, and boxed, palletized, and labeled packaging. Pricing is requested for the base quantity, four additional pages, and an additional 1,000 booklets. The contractor must provide samples of comparable catalogs printed within the past two years, submit required certifications and bid materials, and deliver the finished catalogs by December 18, 2026. Artwork is expected to be available December 4, 2026. Distribution includes two drop shipments, with detailed sorting and labeling requirements for recipient locations.
