Description
The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to print 30,000 copies of the Visit Edmond 2027 Travel Guide. Each guide must be 4 inches by 9 inches, contain 60 interior pages plus a four-page cover, use 60-pound satin text stock and 80-pound satin cover stock, have full-color cover and body printing, and use saddle-staple finishing. Pricing must include materials, setup, imprinting, and delivery. The vendor must provide one low-resolution Sherpa proof for pagination and one high-resolution Sherpa proof for color; electronic proofing is not acceptable. Finished guides must be packaged in boxes weighing no more than 20 pounds, with the guide title and quantity marked on each box. Delivery is required by December 18, 2026, with quantities distributed among four specified Oklahoma locations. The quotation must acknowledge firm pricing, credit-card payment acceptance, and the supplier's authority to bind the company.
