ACE Catalog IFB 627 LEGAL NOTICE The Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School is seeking sealed bid proposals in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B for printing and delivering the ACE Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 catalogs. Bid packages will be available on Monday September 14, 2026 at 9AM by emailing procurement@assabet.org. Questions must be emailed in writing to Stefanie Fields by September 21, 2026 at 10AM at sfields@assabet.org. Responses must be received by September 29, 2026 at 10AM. The contract shall be for a term commencing on October 15, 2026 through October 14, 2027 subject to annual appropriation. The Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School District reserves its sole option to renew the contract for two additional one-year contract periods. Responses must be mailed or hand delivered to Assabet Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School, Attention: Business Office, 215 Fitchburg St, Marlborough, MA 01752. The Assabet Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School reserves the right to cancel the bid request, reject any and all bids and waive informalities that are deemed in the best interest of the district. Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School District is seeking sealed bid proposals for a one-year contract covering the combined production and mailing of its Adult Community Education (ACE) Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 catalogs. The solicitation identifies two catalog units and does not permit electronic quotes. Bid packages are available beginning September 14, 2026, by emailing procurement@assabet.org. Bids will be opened on September 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The existing contract term and two one-year renewal options remain as previously recorded.
