Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Service, National Centers for Animal Health Visual Services, is soliciting one 64-inch large-format latex print-and-cut machine. The machine must support white latex ink, odorless water-based inks, an anti-scratch overcoat cartridge, user-replaceable printheads, 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution, at least 10 GB of job storage, compatibility with existing Adobe software, and a one-year hardware warranty. The quotation must include the machine, installation, and initial setup. Delivery is required to the NCAH Visual Services facility in Ames, Iowa, no later than 30 business days after contract award. Only factory-trained engineers may perform installation and warranty procedures. The government will evaluate price, technical compliance and delivery capability, and past performance; the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation with acceptable or neutral past performance is expected to receive the award.
