Description
The City of Des Moines Public Works Department is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed plumbing services related to the construction and maintenance of City-owned sanitary sewer mains. The work is expected to support sewer and underground utility infrastructure on an on-call basis. Responses must be submitted through the designated electronic bidding system by the stated deadline. Faxed, emailed, mailed, and hand-delivered responses will not be accepted. The solicitation identifies no bid bond requirement and no pre-bid conference.
