Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is soliciting bids from qualified Iowa car dealerships for 2027 Dodge Durango police pursuit vehicles or equivalent. The solicitation includes one V6 AWD police pursuit vehicle and one V8 AWD police pursuit vehicle, each meeting or exceeding the attached vehicle specifications and including shipping. The resulting contract will be available to State of Iowa agencies and eligible political subdivisions, with one or more contracts potentially awarded. The contract term begins October 15, 2026, and expires September 30, 2028, with up to two additional years of renewal by mutual agreement. The procurement replaces contract 24052 with Stew Hansen Dodge City. Bidders must complete the vehicle specifications worksheet and respond to the electronic bid questions, including required certifications, terms and conditions, experience information, Form 22 confidentiality treatment, and agreement to FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid shipping. The bid must be submitted through the electronic event portal by the closing deadline.
