Description
The Clermont County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from a general contractor for the Filager Campus Improvement Phase 3 project at the Clermont County Filager Campus. The work is a single, fixed-cost, lump-sum general construction contract incorporating the project manual, drawings, specifications, alternates, and related contract documents. The bid includes a base project and an alternate for work associated with the Bus Canopy Package. The selected contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, supervision, construction services, and coordination necessary to complete the project. Bidders must submit pricing, company and qualification information, three current references, representative descriptions of similar assignments, a detailed cost breakdown, required affidavits, a bid guaranty, and a copy of the RFB. The project must receive a Certificate of Occupancy no later than 547 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Federal Davis-Bacon and Ohio prevailing-wage requirements apply, and the contractor must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract sum, along with specified insurance coverage.
