Description
Adams County is accepting ongoing applications from qualified nonprofit, governmental, and community-based organizations to share office space in the Human Services Center Community Partners Suite at 11860 Pecos Street, Suite 2700, Westminster, Colorado. Selected organizations will provide direct, in-person, client-facing services to Adams County residents, such as employment training, homelessness and rental assistance, veteran and senior services, food insecurity assistance, culturally relevant services, health and wellness, mental health, legal services, and other compatible community services. Applicants are expected to maintain an onsite presence at least 60% of the five-day work week, operate during normal business hours, collaborate with co-located organizations, and provide their own staffing and operating costs. The County will provide non-exclusive shared workspace and related building amenities but no funding for service delivery. Applications must describe the organization, proposed services and program design, qualifications and experience, funding, service-delivery approach, key personnel, staffing, and at least three references. The County anticipates a one-year lease with up to four one-year extensions, although the attached sample lease states a commencement upon mutual execution and termination on December 31, 2027, with possible additional extensions. Multiple agreements may be awarded, and the County may negotiate the proposed services and space allocation.
