Description
The Colorado Department of Human Services is requesting a documented quote for renovations at the Emerald Group Home. The work includes removing and disposing of existing cabinets and countertops; installing new solid-wood cabinets with no plywood or particle-board components; installing new marble countertops; caulking and sealing the cabinets and countertops; touching up drywall or paint damaged during the work; and repairing plumbing damage caused by demolition or installation. The quote must include all labor, materials, licenses, permits, equipment, tools, subcontracting costs, insurance, and a one-year cabinet warranty. Vendors must verify measurements and materials during the walkthrough, duplicate the existing layout, provide a comprehensive material, labor, and total bid amount, and confirm in writing that fabrication and installation can be completed by October 31, 2026. A bid bond or equivalent bid security of at least 5% is required when the estimated construction value is $50,000 or more.
