Description
North Carolina State University's Campus Operations and Maintenance, Energy Management Department seeks one Enbridge Gas-certified provider to supply and transport firm, full-requirements natural gas across the University's main campus utility accounts in Raleigh. The University consumes approximately two million dekatherms annually and provides no minimum or maximum volume guarantee. The selected provider will supply the fixed basis cost component; after basis pricing is stabilized, the University intends to purchase fixed-price NYMEX futures strips and short-term monthly market natural gas according to seasonal market trends and its buying plans.
