Description
AlexRenew is soliciting bids for a fixed-price, 12-month supply of natural gas for four active accounts currently served by Washington Gas. The estimated combined usage is 66,000 therms per year, and bidders must quote a fixed price per therm at the burner tip. The supplier must be licensed by the Virginia State Corporation Commission as a competitive energy provider and be an approved member of the Washington Gas Customer Choice Program. The initial supply period is January 1 through December 31, 2027. The contract may be renewed by mutual written agreement for up to three additional one-year terms, with price adjustments subject to the contract terms. The solicitation requires a completed bid form and references from three separate organizations with similar service experience.
