Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy requires delivery of approximately 196,000 gallons of Grade B liquid nitrogen, NSN 6830-01-644-2557, to a government-owned tank at Keyport, Washington. The product must comply with the current version of CID A-A-59503 and be delivered FOB destination. Associated services include expedited or emergency delivery, detention fees, a fill-line restriction orifice, and tank hot fills. The anticipated contract is a simplified indefinite-delivery, firm-fixed-price requirements contract for 47 months, with a potential extension of up to six months. Quotes must include pricing, a technical capability statement, past-performance information, the completed Standard Form 1449, A1 Technical Capability Data Sheet, A2 Contractor Performance Data Sheet, DLA Form 1889 using the A5 QAP E33.10 Fillable Form, and A8 Schedule of Supplies Pricing Form Worksheet. A Letter of Commitment is required only for nonmanufacturers. The solicitation also permits a possible pre-award survey and certificate-of-analysis verification.
