Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking Statements of Qualifications from suppliers able to provide bulk medical and research gases and the associated capital equipment. The existing systems include liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen tanks; the supplier must furnish, install, maintain, monitor, and replace comparable equipment as needed, and ensure reliable supply, including emergency and contingency capacity. Respondents must describe their qualifications, relevant healthcare or research installations and references, supply-chain reliability, regulatory compliance, and a detailed transition plan covering engineering, permitting, installation, removal of existing equipment, interim storage, coordination, safety, continuity, and a schedule to have the equipment operational by May 20, 2027. Preliminary budgetary pricing, estimated capital equipment costs, escalation methods, and pricing assumptions are also requested. Qualified respondents may be invited to a subsequent RFP. The resulting agreement is described as five years with an option to renew for five additional years, with a possible ten-year initial term.
