Description
St. Charles School is soliciting non-generic quotes for Category 2 internal connections for Funding Year 2027. The requested scope includes 14 wireless access points, three additional wireless access points, three wireless bridges, a 24-port PoE switch, a 2-by-2 wall-mount cabinet for a new building, a 24-port Cat6 patch panel in the MDF, approximately 2,700 feet of cabling, and 18 single Cat6 data drops with testing and labeling. Ubiquiti or equivalent equipment is specified for applicable hardware, and installation and initial configuration are required for the listed service requests. Bidders must identify the manufacturer, model, and SKU for all hardware; separately identify eligible and ineligible products and services; include taxes, fees, shipping, and installation where applicable; and comply with applicable national-security supply-chain restrictions and the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule. Vendor pricelists are not accepted, SPI invoicing is required, and email bids are not accepted. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid or RFP process, and generic or nonresponsive quotes may be disqualified.
