Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates soliciting bids for a single firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract to upgrade infrastructure at the Dallas Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for electrical and telecommunications improvements in DMAR Room 110A, East Wall TE, and Data Center Room 128, plus mechanical and electrical improvements in TR 208. The procurement is planned as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
