Description
Pima County is soliciting bids for as-needed material handling equipment parts and service under a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options. The scope covers parts, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, on-site and in-shop service, over-the-counter parts service, equipment hauling, delivery, and related trip and miscellaneous fees for forklifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, boom lifts, and similar equipment. The contractor must use factory-trained, certified technicians with at least three years of relevant experience, provide new OEM parts when available, respond to service requests within specified timeframes, and supply all required personnel, tools, equipment, and materials. A local facility in the Tucson metropolitan area is required. The solicitation requires a complete signed Offer Agreement, supporting minimum-qualification documentation, and online unit pricing; insurance certification is required after recommendation for award rather than with the bid.
