The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, will conduct a virtual industry day regarding a planned Sentinel Utility Infrastructure Improvements project at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The anticipated acquisition approach is Other Transaction Authority through Construction Management at Risk; this notice is informational and is not a request for offers or proposals. The planned project includes a comprehensive utilities distribution system for the Sentinel complex, including electrical distribution and substation capacity expansion, water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment connections, natural gas service, and telecommunications backbone connectivity with fiber services. Associated site work may include clearing, grubbing, grading, minor demolition, drainage, utility and communications connections, access paving, parking, and walkways. Registration is due October 19, 2026; the virtual industry day is scheduled for October 21, 2026, from 09:00 to 12:00 Pacific Time. Attendance is not mandatory, and the meeting link will be provided to registered attendees one day before the event.
