Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence, on behalf of the Canadian Forces School of Search and Rescue, requires hotel accommodation services in the vicinity of Eloy, Arizona, for two parachute-training periods: November 23-December 5, 2026, and March 27-April 24, 2027. The requirement includes single- and double-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, beds, workstations, refrigerators/freezers, televisions, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, non-smoking accommodations, secure on-site parking for at least 10 vehicles, guest laundry facilities, an on-site fitness facility, cooking access, breakfast service beginning no later than 6:00 a.m. on weekdays, daily housekeeping, and weekly bedding changes. During the March-April 2027 Para Phase, the contractor must provide complete physical separation between CFSSAR staff and students through separate buildings or controlled, physically separated areas. The hotel must be within 30 km driving distance of the Eloy drop zone and must provide evidence addressing hotel classification, facility condition, parking, fitness and laundry facilities, room standards, security, access, and other mandatory technical criteria. The solicitation requires a technical offer, financial offer, Offer Submission Form, Offeror Declaration Form, and supporting evidence demonstrating compliance with the mandatory criteria.
