Description
Pima County is soliciting a contractor to provide live-agent telephone answering services on an as-needed basis for participating County programs. Services must operate continuously, including weekends and County-observed holidays, and must include trained live agents, call screening and routing, message taking, patch and transfer calls, emergency and urgent-call escalation, English and Spanish service, accessibility support, secure message delivery, searchable call records, monthly performance reports, quality assurance, business continuity, and implementation or number-porting support. Automated attendants, voicemail, interactive voice response, or artificial intelligence may not replace live agents without prior written approval. Offerors must demonstrate at least three consecutive years of comparable 24/7 live-agent answering-service experience within the preceding five years and submit at least two client references. The contract is structured as a one-year term with four one-year renewal options. The response must include a completed and signed 16-page Offer Agreement, required supporting documentation, unit pricing, a master price discount list, and applicable amendment acknowledgments; insurance certificates are required only from the winning offeror after award.
