Description
The Town of Holly Springs is seeking statements of qualifications from licensed engineering and landscape architecture firms for comprehensive master planning and design services for the 25-acre Carolina Springs Park. The scope includes existing-conditions analysis; environmental, utility, accessibility, and circulation assessments; community and stakeholder engagement; park programming and needs assessment; three conceptual alternatives; a preferred master plan; planning-level cost estimates; phasing and implementation planning; and final master plan deliverables, including graphics, supporting documentation, and applicable GIS/CAD files. The selected consultant team should include appropriately licensed landscape architects, engineers, planners, and other qualified professionals. Optional services may include surveying, environmental and geotechnical investigations, traffic or parking analysis, utility and stormwater investigations, preliminary engineering or architectural design, construction documents, grant assistance, and visualization. Responses are limited to one navigable PDF, with a main response of no more than 15 pages excluding the cover letter and authorized appendices, and must address firm qualifications, three similar project references, key staff, project approach, and a proposed schedule.
