Description
The City of Montreal is soliciting professional services in urban planning, architecture, and engineering to conduct preliminary design studies for the Rosemont–Van Horne viaduct corridor. The procurement uses a two-envelope submission system, and attendance at a site visit is not required. The estimated contract period is 24 months. No bid security is required. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope using the identification specified in the solicitation documents and will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. Detailed bid documents are available through the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO).
