Description
The City of Alpharetta is seeking statements of qualifications from consulting firms for on-call planning services, including code revisions, urban planning, landscape architecture, public outreach, environmental and land-development planning, strategic planning, and related planning and advisory services. Assignments may range from small public-space exhibits to major area-plan revisions and may include grant-funded studies. If requested and satisfactory, the consultant may also develop concept plans, construction plans, quantities, and cost estimates. No baseline amount of work is guaranteed. The City intends to establish a five-year professional-services contract with awarded consultant firm(s). Responses will be evaluated on consultant-team and project-manager qualifications, technical experience and references, and color renderings of prior project examples. The submission must include a cover letter, business-license copy, consultant-team qualifications and resumes, technical experience and references, color renderings, a separate rate sheet, IRS Form W-9, bidder disclosures and certifications, an E-Verify affidavit, and the required online questionnaire.
