Description
The State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, through its Division of Parks and Recreation and participating divisions, is seeking multiple firms to provide professional services supporting capital programs. Firms may propose one or more disciplines, including architectural services, surveying, civil, structural, marine, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, and landscape architecture. Typical assignments may include planning and programming; site investigations; schematic, design development, and final construction documents; permitting and approvals; bidding support; contract administration; construction inspection and review; and as-built drawings. Projects may involve new construction, renovations, historic restoration, roads, parking lots, bridges, trails, marine structures, drainage and stormwater facilities, and sewage treatment facilities. Work will be negotiated task by task, with no priced proposal required at submission. Multiple vendors may be selected under a five-year contract with two optional two-year extensions.
