Description
The City of Montreal is soliciting professional landscape architecture, engineering, and related planning services for projects of its Waterfront Spaces Planning Division. The procurement uses a two-envelope submission system, does not require a mandatory site visit, and does not require a bid deposit. The estimated contract period is 48 months. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope using the identification specified in the solicitation documents and will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. The solicitation is open to competition and is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
