Description
Lincoln County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms and organizations to provide professional architectural, engineering, and construction-phase services for a new, phased passive park on approximately 40 acres at the East Lincoln Branch Library. Services include project management, planning and concept refinement, design and permitting, bidding support, construction administration, coordination of subconsultants, technical memoranda, meeting materials, concept exhibits, probable construction cost opinions, permit applications, design documents, specifications, bidding documents, and construction administration documentation. The planned park includes an approximately 4,000-square-foot administrative building with offices, meeting space, restrooms, and storage; an accessible playground; a garden plaza; paved walking trails and trail connections; entrance drives and visitor parking; an amphitheater; and an optional 8,000-square-foot paved pump track. The eastern portion includes additional parking, a restroom and storage building, pickleball courts, tennis courts, two half-court basketball courts, court lighting, and trail connections. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 40 pages, including the cover letter, cover, and separation pages or tabs, and must address the firm's company overview, relevant qualifications and technical competence, project understanding and approach, personnel availability, proposed subconsultants, and similar projects.
