West Whiteland Township is seeking professional planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and transportation planning services to prepare the Exton Crossroads Streetscape and Mobility Plan. The implementation-oriented plan will establish a coordinated vision for multimodal connectivity, streetscapes, placemaking, wayfinding, and improvements to the public realm within a major regional activity center. The project is funded through the FY27 Pennsylvania round of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission’s Transportation and Community Development Initiative funding program.
