Description
The City of Stamford is requesting proposals for design services related to improvements at Northrop Park. The solicitation categories include athletic and recreational facility construction, playground equipment and installation, landscaping, flood protection and water-resource work, professional and civil engineering, drainage, water-quality management, urban design, architectural engineering, and earthworks engineering. The project is funded in whole or in part with State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection funds. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at Northrop Park. Proposals will be opened on November 5, 2026. All proposal and bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available through ProcureWare, and questions must be submitted through its Clarifications feature.
