Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from architects or architectural firms to provide special projects architectural services. The selected respondent must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the requested work, including relevant firm experience, key personnel credentials and responsibilities, servicing-office information, technical competence, management resources, availability for required public and special meetings, and cost and fee schedules. Proposals must address the stated qualification and evaluation criteria, including similar government or municipal engagements, professional certifications, past performance, references, conflicts of interest, disciplinary history, and compensation. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The solicitation states that the proposal must be submitted through the designated electronic bidding system.
