Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for professional architectural services during calendar year 2027, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Proposals must identify the positions and individuals proposed, professional experience, professional licenses, educational background, support staff, references, hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff, additional-service charges, comparisons with rates charged to other municipalities, potential conflicts of interest, and affirmative-action information. The Township may award by item or category, and multiple vendors may receive contracts. The submission must include the completed online bid table and specified proposal forms and supporting materials, including the declaration signature page, exceptions statement, consent to extension, stockholder ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, addenda acknowledgment, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, references, affirmative-action documentation, insurance certificate, Iran and Russia/Belarus certifications, and Form W-9. The solicitation requires professional liability and other applicable insurance documentation; the provided insurance request specifies $1,000,000 limits for general liability and identifies Stafford Township as the certificate holder.
