Description
The City of Beaumont, California is requesting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide on-call professional architectural services on an as-needed basis for City-owned facilities, parks, buildings, and related capital improvement projects. The selected consultant(s) will prepare final construction documents and specifications required for city plan approvals, and provide services including planning and programming, design services, construction documents, engineering coordination, permitting and agency coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, and architectural consulting services. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, and individual projects will be assigned through task orders. Multiple consultants may be awarded. Proposals must include a cover letter, introduction, approach, firm profile, proposed team, resumes, references, scope of services, project schedule, cost proposal, list of current contracts, additional information, and insurance information. Evaluation criteria include understanding of scope, related experience, professional skills, approach, and cost effectiveness.
