Description
The City of Fayette is seeking a 36 CFR Part 61-qualified historic architecture professional to evaluate and develop blueprints for renovations to the two south bathrooms and pump room at the historic Wesley Bintz/WPA swimming pool. The scope includes ADA and BOCA Plumbing Code compliance, bathroom fixture and door replacements, urinal and hot-water-heater removal, tuck pointing and brick repairs, replacement of floor drains, ventilation improvements, window work, and modifications to provide wheelchair-accessible entry. The City intends to shortlist up to three qualified firms for possible interviews and select one firm for separate, non-exclusive, as-needed task agreements. Proposals must address the firm's introductory information, insurance coverage, personnel qualifications, past performance, firm qualifications, litigation history, and client references, including at least three references. The proposal must include one original and three copies in a specified format, plus a read-only PDF copy by email; the sealed original package must be delivered separately because email-only submissions are not accepted.
