Description
Montgomery County is seeking statements of qualifications from professional design firms to provide complete architectural and engineering design services and construction administration for the renovation of Memorial Hall for the Montgomery County Veterans Services Office. The scope includes program development, existing-condition analysis, schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimating, coordination of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, technology, security, and other specialty systems, permitting support, bidding assistance, and construction administration. Construction administration services include review of submittals and shop drawings, responses to requests for information and change requests, site visits, construction meetings, payment certification support, substantial and final completion inspections, record drawings, and facility evaluations during the first year of operation. Respondents must submit a statement of qualifications addressing firm experience, project team qualifications, relevant past projects and references, project-control procedures, quality control, cost and schedule management, and a certificate of insurance. The scope also requires electronic and final deliverables in specified drawing, specification, AutoCAD, and Revit formats.
