Description
The City of Coconut Creek is seeking a pool of up to ten highly qualified consultants to provide architectural and planning consulting services for various City projects through a qualifications-based selection process under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act. Potential services include architectural and landscape architecture design, urban planning and design, master planning, streetscape and greenway design, signage and wayfinding, construction documents, bid and award support, construction-phase services, program development, permitting and grant-related assistance, and related professional disciplines listed in the solicitation. Respondents must be appropriately licensed and registered in Florida and demonstrate at least five years of verifiable architectural experience. Submissions must include firm and staff qualifications, relevant project experience, at least five similar-work references, Standard Form 330 Parts I and II, required certifications and licenses, a current certificate of insurance, and the specified affidavits and forms. Pricing must not be included with the qualifications submission. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year renewal options; individual project assignments are not guaranteed.
