Description
Centre d'Excellence en Approvisionnement FRANCOachat, on behalf of Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario, is seeking prequalification submissions from architectural firms for placement on the Board's open Vendor of Record roster. Qualified firms may later be invited to compete for renovation, construction, upgrade, and new-construction assignments with estimated construction budgets between $100,000 and $3,000,000 in the Greater Sudbury and surrounding area and the Algoma Region. Projects valued at $3 million or more will be publicly tendered. The requested services may include architectural design and general review, together with electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering support as needed for a full-service package. Respondents must demonstrate that the primary architect is legally authorized to practice in Ontario and is a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Architects. The evaluation requires company experience, qualifications of a principal architect and secondary qualified staff member, and four similar broader-public-sector projects completed within the last five years. The roster is open indefinitely, carries no guaranteed work volume, and uses subsequent invitational second-stage competitions for individual assignments.
