Description
The City of Sunnyvale is accepting Statements of Qualifications to establish up to five multi-year on-call service agreements supporting the Department of Public Works Project Administration Division. Service categories include structural engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, and public outreach facilitation. Potential work may include assessments, preliminary and detailed design, code and accessibility evaluations, permitting, public outreach, cost estimating, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, bid-document development, and bidding and construction support for public works capital projects. Consultants will be considered for future projects based on qualifications relevant to each assignment, with project-specific cost proposals requested as needs and funding become available. Firms may submit for one or more categories and must provide appropriately licensed California professionals for structural engineering, landscape architecture, and architecture categories. The SOQ must include a cover letter, completed service-category form, firm description, organization chart, qualifications and experience, key-personnel resumes, project descriptions, references, fee schedules, and other requested information. The SOQ is limited to five pages for specified sections, excluding the cover letter, organization chart, and references/fee schedule sections.
