Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation Planning Department is soliciting proposals to repair and improve the MBR Plant Building roof and ventilation systems. The scope includes repairing or replacing corroded, loosened, punctured, and leaking steel roof panels; rebuilding roof and wall framing and related infrastructure; improving passive ventilation; replacing or relocating roof-mounted ventilation fans; improving basin-heater exhaust; and replacing damaged or missing fascia and gutters. Proposers must provide separate pricing for each of six bid items, with detailed material and labor costs, quantities, installation-support materials, access methods, protection plans for MBR basins, safety procedures, and a complete anticipated work schedule. Proposals must include firm and key-staff qualifications and resumes, related project experience, project approach, fee structure and expenses, proof of Indian-owned or Indian Economic Enterprise status, and an authorized signature. Indian preference applies during evaluation and award. Contractors must possess a Tribal Business License, and awarded contractors are responsible for required permits.
