Description
The Washington State Department of Retirement Systems is seeking a Freshworks certified partner with at least five years of Freshworks partner experience to replace its manual, Microsoft 365-based access tracking for approximately 400 employees and contractors. The contractor will design, configure, test, and deploy automated and auditable Freshservice workflows covering hiring notifications, onboarding, role and access changes, asset and software assignments, offboarding, approvals, reporting, and audit trails. The scope includes configuring up to 250 software and contract records, updating fulfillment options for up to 150 service request items, building up to three Workflow Automator rules that trigger Azure AD actions, configuring agent views and a customer portal, and providing training materials, project documentation, user acceptance support, and final as-built technical documentation. Proposals must include a non-cost proposal, completed Questionnaire, completed and signed Bidder's Information, Declarations and Certifications and Contract Exceptions form, and the completed Fee Schedule. The initial contract period runs from execution through December 31, 2027, with a possible one-year extension.
