Description
The LOTT Clean Water Alliance is soliciting bids for refurbishment of the mixed liquor channel at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant. The work includes replacing eight existing weir gates and the mixed liquor channel drain gate, removing the primary effluent diversion gate, evaluating and repairing deteriorated concrete surfaces, extending channel aeration air within the mixed liquor distribution box, and installing a walkable cover and handrail system over the primary effluent side of the diversion structure. The engineer's estimate is $1,655,000 to $2,115,000. Bids must be submitted electronically as a PDF through the project portal, while any certified or cashier's-check bid guarantee must be delivered in person. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled, and questions are accepted through October 16, 2026.
