Description
Des Moines Public Schools is soliciting statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services for the Kurtz Signature School Addition & Renovation Project. The selected firm will assist with preconstruction and construction services. The response must include a completed Statement of Qualifications response uploaded as a PDF. If the response contains confidential information, a separate redacted proposal must also be uploaded; a completely redacted copy is not acceptable. Respondents must provide primary contact information and answer the required public-records confidentiality question. The opportunity is issued as a request for statements of qualifications, with a response deadline of September 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
