Description
Des Moines Public Schools is requesting replacement sewing machines for classroom use. The solicitation concerns an estimated purchase of 35 Elna eXperience 560 computerized sewing machines with bonus accessory packages, including general-purpose, overedge, zipper, satin-stitch, blind-hem, quarter-inch seam, and open-toe feet; an extension table; universal needles; and bobbins. Final quantities may be adjusted based on awarded unit pricing, and delivery and miscellaneous costs must be included. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated bidding system. The online response requires supplier and contact information, certifications and acknowledgments, and an electronic signature. A signed Sex Offender Acknowledgement certification must be uploaded. Declaratory-order or injunction documentation is required only when the proposal includes confidential or proprietary information.
