Description
The City of Des Moines is soliciting bids for the 2026 Sewer Repair Contract 2, involving work at various locations in Des Moines, Iowa. The scope includes removals; storm and sanitary sewer installation; intakes; grading; Portland Cement Concrete driveways and sidewalks; Hot-Mix Asphalt pavement; modified subbase; subdrain; rip rap; steel sheet piling; guard rail; traffic control; erosion control; restoration; seeding; and related work under Plan File No. 682-246/298. The work locations include portions of Carpenter Avenue, Franklin Avenue, 62nd Street, County Line Road, Scott Avenue at Fourmile Creek, Wedgewood Road, and Shadow Creek Lane, along with other locations directed by the City Engineer.
