Description
The City of Des Moines Facilities Management Division and the Des Moines Public Library are soliciting sealed bids from qualified companies to clean exterior and interior windows at City and library properties. The scope is governed by the solicitation’s terms, conditions, and specifications and includes scheduled cleaning projects, with fall cleaning expected to begin around October 1 and spring cleaning around May or June. Responses must be submitted through the electronic bidding system; faxed, emailed, mailed, and hand-delivered responses will not be accepted. Municipal II Building includes interior glass that requires cleaning. A site review may be arranged by contacting the designated site representative.
