Description
The University of Iowa is seeking a contractor to provide professional valet parking services for its Mission Cancer + Blood clinic. The contractor must provide two valet drivers from 7:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, and one valet driver from noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Services are required to begin December 1, 2026, and the contractor must recruit, train, pay, manage, and verify assigned drivers while remaining an independent contractor. The response must address service capability, driver training and verification, safety records, staffing and implementation, account management, customer service, expertise, sustainability, financial responsibility, references, pricing, and applicable business and licensing requirements. The solicitation requests audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years, three relevant references, and detailed supplier information. Responses must be submitted electronically through the eBid system.
