Description
This construction project requires installation of storm sewer, replacement of concrete flatwork, and excavation of a stormwater basin at the beach of Big Creek State Park. Work may begin after Labor Day weekend. Project plans, specifications, proposal forms, and addenda are available through Beeline and Blue. Questions, substitution requests, and bidding or contract-procedure inquiries must be emailed to DNR Procurement by 12:00 p.m. on the Friday before bid letting, using the specified subject-line format. The bid closes on September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
