Description
The Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking a commercial, off-the-shelf Offender Management System (OMS), including software, hosting, consulting services, and ongoing maintenance and support. The solution must comply with applicable laws, use modern technology, improve operational efficiency, and support best practices in offender management. The contract term is five years, with the State holding the sole option to renew for up to five additional one-year extensions. Solicitation documents are available through the State's IMPACS procurement system.
