Description
The City of Des Moines is seeking information regarding off-the-shelf investment management software and associated support services. The solution should track individual investments, purchases, maturities, fund designations, coupon-payment and maturity cash flows, monthly bank balances, investment documentation, month-end portfolio reporting by investment type or fund, GASB compliance, and general-ledger integration options. The City also requests information about ERP integrations, data import and export, automated workflows, ad hoc Excel reporting, market pricing and rate tracking, mark-to-market capabilities, AI functions, software updates, hosting, customer service, training, and implementation. Respondents must provide detailed answers to the listed requirements and attributes, including a sample implementation plan, process, and schedule with milestones; a sample service-level agreement or performance metrics; applicable governmental and cooperative contract information; and a company response contact. This is a non-binding RFI intended to inform a possible future solicitation, and no financial proposal is requested, although optional publicly available annual per-license pricing may be provided.
