Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for one specialized fish transport tank supporting movement of fish between hatchery sites and release locations. The tank must meet operational and biosecurity standards and include custom dimensions, an integrated aeration system, durable construction for frequent field use, specialized configurations, and compatibility with existing transport systems. The notice identifies DW Metal Works, Inc. as the intended sole-source vendor based on its prior customized hatchery tank work, established compatibility, and ability to provide after-purchase service, retrofits, and repairs. This is not a request for competitive quotes; interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating technical capability, product or service equivalency, SAM.gov registration, and ability to meet delivery or performance timelines.
