Description
Aspen Park Metropolitan District is seeking a contractor to perform improvements to groundwater wells, well pumps, and raw water influent piping. The work includes well inspections; potential replacement of submersible well pumps based on video inspection results; influent piping, valves, process piping, electrical wiring, and SCADA improvements; and associated site work. The solicitation requests all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials. Project-specific details are contained in the project manual and bidding documents, which interested parties may request from the issuing officer beginning September 10, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026, and bids must be submitted by email by September 30, 2026.
